Finances and Insurance
We understand that fertility treatment is incredibly overwhelming, emotionally, physically, and financially. We are committed to providing you the best care at an affordable price. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, or if your insurance does not cover any treatment, please do not be discouraged. Several financing options are available and we will work to find a plan to fit your needs.
Insurance
Insurance coverage for infertility procedures varies greatly. Our team will verify your infertility benefits to maximize your coverage, and our clinic administrator will cover all fees in detail with you prior to treatment. We are contracted with most major insurance plans and would be happy to assist you in verifying your insurer's fertility benefits. You may also choose to mail your insurance company a predetermination letter for fertility benefits.
Many times, if you are unsure of your specific treatment plans, it is a good idea to contact your employer's human resources department. They should be able to provide you with details on your specific coverage. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please feel free to contact our office.
Financing
Financing is also available for those patients who do not have insurance coverage. We have several financing companies to work with. Your down payment and interest rate are determined by your credit rating. What does this cost?
While each case may vary, an IVF cycle may cost between $10,000 to $15,000.* This may be broken down as follows:
- $2,000 - $4,500 for medications
- $1,500 - $2,000 for cycle monitoring, including ultrasounds and blood tests (some of which may be covered by your insurance)
- $4,675 for physician and laboratory fees for surgical and laboratory procedures
- $2,500 - $3,500 for surgical center fees and anesthesia
- $1,500 for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (if needed)
- $600 for embryo cryopreservation (if needed)
